PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. 
During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
Since many of our products are sourced internationally via trusted suppliers, delivery times vary by destination:

Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days
Expedited Shipping: 7–15 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal service workload, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. 
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. 
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in the system.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. 
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
If the tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days, contact us at nidapk2021@gmail.com and we will assist you.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. 
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
