Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. 
If an order has already been shipped, it is subject to the Return Policy below and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

  • In the original packaging to ensure it can be resold. 

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at nidapk2021@gmail.com within the 7-day window to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  2. Do Not Ship Without Approval: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping & Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking number.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at nidapk2021@gmail.com. 
We will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

  • Items that are not in their original packaging.

  • Any product that has been chewed, scratched, or shows signs of wear and tear.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
Please allow additional processing time by your bank or card issuer.
